To schedule a pickup, simply click the "Schedule Pickup" button on your dashboard, select your preferred date and time, specify the types of materials you have, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

We accept plastic bottles, cardboard, aluminum cans, glass bottles, paper, and electronic waste. All materials should be clean and sorted. Please check our materials guide for specific requirements.

EcoPoints are calculated based on the weight, type, and quality of materials collected. Plastic bottles earn 5 points per kg, aluminum cans earn 20 points per kg, and cardboard earns 2 points per kg. Bonus points are awarded for consistent participation.

You can redeem your EcoPoints for cash (minimum 1000 points = ₦50) or eco-friendly products from our marketplace. Go to your dashboard, click "Redeem Rewards," and choose your preferred redemption option.

You can cancel or reschedule your pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Simply go to your dashboard, find the pickup in your schedule, and click "Reschedule" or "Cancel." No fees apply for changes made within this timeframe.

To become a collection partner, you need a vehicle, smartphone, and valid ID. Apply through our partner portal, complete the training program, and pass a background check. Partners earn competitive rates and flexible schedules.
